BY SIGNING THIS APPLICATION, THE APPLICANT AGREES:
- If selected, vendors must sign an event agreement and provide a certificate of insurance as per the event agreement. If there are any Hennepin County or City of Maple Grove licensing requirements it is the vendors responsibility to provide copies to MGBA prior to the event.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping the area around their truck/booth free of garbage and debris.
- This is an outdoor festival which will take place rain or shine.
- Event fees are non-refundable.
- Completed application is not a guarantee of acceptance.
- This application is in no way binding to the Maple Grove Business Association.
