HOTWORX is a 24hr infrared energy fitness studio.  We offer 15 minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) sessions and 30-40 minute Isometric sessions. Both are held in a 3 person infrared sauna, led by virtual instructors.  You burn massive calories, recover while working out and reap all the amazing benefits infrared energy has to offer, in a short amount of time.
